Orders are processed and dispatched within 48–72 hours of being placed. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

How to Cancel My Order

It may be possible to cancel an order within 12 hours of it being placed. Please email us at hello@bylunelle.co as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Cancellation requests submitted after 12 hours cannot be guaranteed, as your order may have already begun processing. Please take care when placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once an order has been processed.

Shipping Times & Costs

We ship worldwide. All shipping prices are in USD. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD. Orders under $100 USD are charged a flat rate of $6.80 USD.
