Returns

We put care into every piece, but we understand it's not always a perfect fit. If you're not completely happy, you can submit a return request within 30 days of your delivery date.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@bylunelle.co with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

We'll process your request within 24 hours and send you further instructions.

Return Conditions

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn and in original condition
  • All tags are still attached
  • No marks, stains, or makeup
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is available

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Refunds & Restocking Fee

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. A restocking fee of $10 USD will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event your item arrives faulty, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund — no restocking fee applies.

Faults include broken seams, holes, or damaged sections. Lunelle reserves the right to assess any fault not listed above. We may request photos to help us resolve your case quickly.

Our return address is in the United States. Please do not send packages without contacting us first — email us at hello@bylunelle.co to receive the full return address.

Final sale items are not eligible for return unless confirmed faulty by our team. Any unauthorised returns will be refused and sent back to the sender.
