We met at design school in Sydney. Between late studio nights and shared sketchbooks, we found a common frustration: the bags we loved were impossibly priced, and the bags we could afford felt like compromises. The leather was wrong. The hardware was wrong. The proportions were wrong. We kept sketching what we wished existed.

So we made it.

Lunelle started at our kitchen table. We spent months studying construction, sourcing leathers, rejecting samples, and starting over. We learned that the difference between an ordinary bag and one you reach for every day lives in details most people never notice — the weight of a clasp, the way a strap falls against your body, the softness of the leather after a week of wear.
