Dispatch Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 48–72 hours of being placed. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

We ship worldwide. All shipping prices are in USD. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD. Orders under $100 USD are charged a flat rate of $6.80 USD. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we work hard to meet these estimates, occasional delays from carriers may occur and are outside our control.
How to Cancel My Order
It may be possible to cancel an order within 12 hours of it being placed. Please email us at hello@bylunelle.co as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Cancellation requests submitted after 12 hours cannot be guaranteed, as your order may have already begun processing. Please take care when placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once an order has been processed.
Returns
Return Policy
We accept return requests within 30 days of your delivery date. To start a return, email us at hello@bylunelle.co with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for the return. We'll process your request within 24 hours and send further instructions.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund — no restocking fee applies. We may request photos to help resolve your case quickly.
Refunds & Restocking Fee
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. A restocking fee of $10 USD will be deducted. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Conditions
Items must be unworn and in original condition, with all tags still attached, free of marks, stains, or makeup, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
